Although I am not always able to answer the phone, you may leave me a confidential voicemail. I am usually able to return calls promptly and almost always within 24 hours. If you leave a voicemail during the weekend, I will likely contact you on my next business day.
If you do email me, please remember that email is not a confidential communication, so security cannot be guaranteed and delivery times may be unreliable.
In order to protect your confidentiality, I do not communicate about anything clinical over email. It is recommended that email be limited to requests for contact, appointment arrangements, or requests for information. Please never use it to contact me in an emergency. Be careful not to include any sensitive material and only include general information about yourself and the arrangements you wish to make.
